Have any winter clothes to donate?
There are children in the Ithaca area who do not have the proper essentials to survive the cold winter. Therefore, providing them with sufficient clothing to wear in this weather is the least we can do to help these students excel in their education. Not going to school because they don’t have the proper clothing should not be an excuse!
Donate new or gently used winter clothing items between March 5, 2014 and March 28, 2014. Clothing bins will be placed in the Ithaca College Bookstore and Campus Center. You can also donate a few dollars or coins into the canisters located in a retail location near you! This will help us purchase clothing items in a local store. It is our turn to help the future generation.
Clothing items that are needed are:
· Gloves/mittens
· Winter hats
· Snow pants
· Winter jackets
· Boots
· Sweat pants
Items will be collected and will be donated to local elementary school students.
