Theresa Radley, Vice President Education and Membership of the Ithaca College Toastmasters Club, won the Area 10 International Speech Contest on Saturday in Cortland with her speech, "Seeing My Strength." Many in the audience commented on how powerful her story is. Her win has secured her a chance to compete at the Division Contest in Binghamton on March 22. If she wins on the 22nd, she will be eligible to compete at the District level. The winner at our district level on April 26 gets to go to the semi-finals at the International Convention this summer to try for the coveted title, "World Champion of Public Speaking."

Theresa has been a member of Ithaca College Toastmasters since February 2012 and has been an active supporter of our membership as well as those in the Cortland area. She tells great stories, inspires others, and helps everyone to grow. Please come cheer on Theresa at the division contest on March 22 at SUNY Broome!
