Thirteen of IC’s trumpet students are in a trumpet ensemble that has been selected to perform at the International Trumpet Guild conference, to be held in Valley Forge, PA this May. The students are: Matt Allen, Tyler Campolongo, Max Deger, Jason Ferguson, Ryanne Flynn, Lauren Marden, Thomas Pang, Brian Sanyshyn, Aaron Scoccia, Jack Storer, Jonathan Tompkins, Danny Venora, and Jenna Veverka.
They will perform Dürrenhorn Passage by Kevin McKee, as well as the Music for Six Trumpets, which was written by Vaclav Nelhybel for the Ithaca College trumpets in 1975.
