IC H.O.P.E. is a student-driven effort to connect students, faculty, and staff with nature on campus and empower all of us to make sustainable behavior changes.
When: Friday May 2, 11am-2pm
Where: Campus Center Academic Quad (or, if raining, North Foyer of Emerson Suites) AND The IC Natural Lands Forest Trail behind Boothroyd Hall
Why: To de-stress, connect with nature on campus and empower all of us to make sustainable behavior changes.
What Should You Do?
· Come out to our tabling event in Campus Center Academic Quad (or, if raining, North Foyer of Emerson Suites)
· Learn about the important ways you can change your behavior to be more sustainable
· Enter your name in a chance to win great GREEN prizes (beautiful stainless steel travel coffee mugs, reusable water bottles you’ll love, hip reusable shopping bags, and even LIVE plants!)
· Head out to our self-guided Forest Awareness Walk in the Boothroyd Woods. Look for signs that tell the story of the services and challenges in these woods, and take time out to reconnect and restore yourself in nature.
