This year’s IC A Healthy Me Challenge is a series of two 30-day events consisting of fitness, nutrition, and mind based activities geared towards encouraging staff and faculty to develop holistic healthy habits that they can sustain for the rest of their lives. All Ithaca College faculty and staff, and even family are invited to join. It’s a wonderful time of year to focus on YOU and your health!

In order to serve the needs of Ithaca College faculty and staff, this year’s student intern is giving you an opportunity to choose between challenges that suit your interests and goals or the option to choose both:

If you have questions regarding these challenges please contact Kelsey Blair. She is this year’s IC A Healthy Me Challenge administrator and is a certified Health and Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine.

Although sports were never an active concern or enjoyment for her, Kelsey took up exercising at age seventeen. Her interest came from a desire to stay healthy and be physically fit. She obtained her B.S. in Health Promotion and Fitness where she spent her first two years at Coastal Carolina and transferred to Keene State College in New Hampshire. After two years of personal training, her interest grew within the psychology of human behavior as it pertained to exercise and lifestyle habits for health. She is now a Masters student in the Sport and Exercise Psychology Program at Ithaca College. You can contact Kelsey at kelseymbm2217@gmail.com
