As you may be aware, we recently went live with the implementation of Taleo, our new online employment system. As was mentioned in the May 2014 HR “Mini-Connect” newsletter, this system will be managing much of IC’s first day onboarding processes and paperwork; therefore, we are redesigning the first day new hire session for incoming employees. Effective June 30, 2014, new hire sessions will be held every other Monday, coinciding with the beginning of the bi-weekly pay periods. The next new hire session will be held July 14.
