Elizabeth Bergman, Aging Studies, to Present Family Caregiving Workshop

Associate Professor Elizabeth Bergman, Aging Studies, will present "Exploring the Aging Experience" on Thursday, October 2, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm at the Tompkins County Office for the Aging. Bergman will engage participants in a number of activities designed to educate and sensitize individuals to the physical, psychological, social, and other changes that are common as we age. This free workshop is open to family caregivers and others interested in how to communicate with, and assist, older adults in overcoming and copying with age-related changes.
