We're interested in hiring a qualified student as soon as possible!  Read the position description and qualifications below!

Provide front desk and phone reception in busy student services offices, Tutoring Services and Student Accessibility Services.  We are located in the Towers Concourse! Student assistants play a key role in supporting the staff, serving students, and completing key clerical and program management functions that are central to office management.

Qualifications:

Acceptable academic credentials; 2nd Year standing or above; Knowledge of Ithaca College Resources and Support Offices; track record of being able to follow explicit directions; computer skills - command of Excel appreciated but not required; reception and front desk experience preferred.

Must currently be available to work Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 12:30-3pm or close to these hours. Other times are available as well.
