Nancy Slavin is in charge of developing effective media and marketing plans for 26 of Macy's brands and labels including Alfani, Charter Club and I.N.C. which make up 20% of Macy's $28 billion in annual sales. She started her career over thirty years ago working for Abraham & Strauss and today, she leads a team of over 300 employees.
