ITS has gotten several reports from Outlook users who have received one or more email messages indicating "Your meeting was found to be out of date and has been automatically updated". We believe this is somehow related to Apple iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch), though not all iOS users are reporting the problem.
ITS is working with Microsoft and Apple to determine the cause and solution. However, this is not just affecting Ithaca College, as users at other colleges and organizations are also reporting the problem to their IT departments.
If you have received this type of message, please report the problem to the Helpdesk and let us know if you use an iOS device, and what version.
