What are micro-aggressions, micro-inequities and unconscious bias? How do they manifest themselves in our everyday interactions? How does this bias impact our daily decision making process? These are some questions that will be explored doing this highly interactive workshop, facilitated by Dr. Belisa Gonzalez.
Unconscious perceptions govern many of the most important decisions we make and have a profound effect on our lives in many ways...Unconscious patterns can play out in ways that are so subtle they are hard to spot. Dr. Gonzalez will share her research on these topics and provide steps for identifying and minimizing these derailing behaviors.
