Optical Scanning procedures and schedules are in place for Final Exams during the week of Monday, December 15th through Friday, December 19th.
Optical scanning should be brought to the ITS Help Desk, between 8am-5pm to be checked in. The exams will then be delivered to Computer Operations for processing. Please allow for a twenty-four hour turnaround time during finals week. All requested reports will be added to the Instructor’s Sakai Drop Box (including report 101). If you have not used Optical Scanning services until now you will be enrolled into your respective school worksite and a Drop Box will be created during the scanning process. Directions on how to retrieve your reports are sent via a Sakai message and to the Instructor’s Ithaca College email account, e.g., jdoe@ithaca.edu.
After Hours: Monday, December 15th through Thursday, December 18th (5:00pm-10:30pm)
After Hours: Friday, December 19th (5:00pm-10:30pm)
Please note: Exams that are dropped off and not picked up will be available at the ITS Help Desk on Monday, December 22nd by 9:00am.
Regular Optical Scanning processing will resume on Monday, December 22nd.
The DEADLINE to submit final exams for processing is Tuesday, December 23rd at 12:00pm.
All exams will be processed on Tuesday, December 23rd and will be available in the Instructor’s Sakai Drop Box by 3:30pm. There will be no after-hour processing on Tuesday, December 23rd and no exam processing while Ithaca College is on Holiday Break.
