Angela Koivula, Ph.D., Psychologist at Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) recently participated in a panel discussion on November 21st at the 21st annual conference on depression at Tompkins County Public Library.
Joined by local therapists and community discussants, Angela shared her experience and knowledge of the impact of technology on mental health concerns, highlighting her experience as a therapist for young adult populations. This conference was free and open to the public, bringing in local mental health professionals, parents and individuals interested in this year’s topic of “Technology and Mental Health.”
