The Ithaca College Library has added a new service to the library catalog.
When searching for circulating media or print items, users can click on the Pickup or Recall link in the right sidebar. If the item is not previously checked out, library staff will retrieve it from the collection and deliver to IC faculty or staff offices Monday-Friday during regular business hours; please provide your department address in the web form comment field. If the item is checked out, users can click on the Recall option.
Students who click on the Pickup option will be notified via e-mail when those items are available. Print materials are held at the Circulation Desk and media items are held at the Multimedia Desk; items are held for 72 hours before being re-shelved.
