Don’t Get Your Heart Pumping Too Fast, But the Heart Health Facebook Trivia Challenge Starts Now!

Today’s the day! Log onto your Facebook accounts to get started on the Mind, Body, Me Heart Health Trivia Challenge and your chance to win a great prize! You do not have to be a Mind, Body, Me member to participate!

Participating is EASY: 

  1. "Like" the Mind, Body, Me Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/MindBodyMeIthacaCollege and look for trivia questions posted each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday throughout American Heart Month in February. 
     
  2. Message us on our Facebook page with each question number and answer throughout the month. 
     
  3. After you send us your answer, like the corresponding trivia question picture posted to the Mind, Body, Me Facebook page.  The deadline for all trivia questions is Saturday, February 28th.
     
  4. Look for the correct answers posted to the Facebook page on Monday, March 2nd.  A winner will be announced shortly after.
