The 13th annual Women in Leadership Experience (WILE) will occur on March 21, 2015 in Seneca Falls, New York. The retreat offers a tradition of networking and engaging dialogue among the participants, exploring the perceptions of progress for women, including a look at challenges that different generations have faced. The theme for this year is Busting Stereotypes.

Lunch, transportation and all retreat materials are included. There is no fee for attendees, and this retreat is open to all Ithaca College students. All participants must travel with the group and must attend the program in its entirety. The bus will leave Ithaca College at 9:00am and return to campus at 6:00pm on March 21. This retreat counts as three Leading in a Diverse World sessions in the Student Leadership Institute.

Space is limited to 40 participants, who are selected on a first-reserved basis through online registration. This retreat typically fills very quickly, so do not wait to sign up! Visit the OSEMA website for additional information about the retreat, or to register.

We encourage you to check out the 2015 Women Leaders Series if you are interested in participating in other programs that promote women in leadership this semester.
