The Office of the Registrar has undergone reorganization effective January 26, 2015.
The staff members in the office have been doing excellent work. Given that there was a vacancy in the office, however, a workforce analysis was conducted to determine if costs could be reduced while creating an organizational structure that could be effective and efficient without sacrificing service or overworking staff. The result is a structure that should accomplish all of those objectives.

Registrar - Brian Scholten
Oversee all office operations, staff supervision, and budget maintenance.
Associate Registrar - Lorie Holmes-VanDusen
Master course inventory maintenance, degree audit program maintenance, NYSED compliance, catalog publication coordination.
Tinita Wheaton - Information Systems Manager
Homer security access and reporting, Homer maintenance and upgrades.
Cindy Clark - Assistant Registrar for Student Services
Graduation clearance, commencement preparation, waiver/substitution processing, student worker supervision.
Stu Fegely - Scheduling Coordinator
Course schedule creation and maintenance, room scheduling, final exam scheduling.
Nancy McCool - Credit Evaluation Coordinator
Transfer credit evaluation, readmission processing, leave of absence and withdrawal processing.
Holley Westbrook - Credit Evaluation Coordinator
Transfer credit evaluation, VA Certifications.
Kasey Spada - Registration Coordinator
Registration set-up, registration issues, major/minor changes, mid-term and final grades, grade changes, end-of-term processing, ROTC contact for recording courses and credit.
Alison Thomas - Certification Specialist
Transcript request processing, responds to registrar@ithaca.edu emails, address and name changes, professional certifications, degree and enrollment verifications, Common Application transfer requests and general information.
Jean Kirkpatrick - Technology and Documentation Assistant
Website maintenance, system & functional documentation, HomerConnect accounts, HomerAdmin & HomerConnect training, National Clearinghouse files, and student mass emails.
