Come engage in art as therapy, relaxation, and self-awareness.

Do you find yourself wishing you had more artistic skill? Creativity is about so much more than making things that look good. Using art materials can be soothing, and can help us move out of old ways of thinking into a place of intuitive flow.Come learn how art practices can give you more moments of relaxation and clarity while fostering greater self-knowledge.

This talk is part of the Wellness Wednesdays lecture series with special focus in rethinking health through discussion, and demonstration, from various experts in the field of health. 

This is free and open to the entire campus community.
