This support group is held every Thursdays from 1-1:50 in the Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) group room located on the 2nd floor of the Hammond Health Center.
Participants will learn -- and most importantly apply -- a variety of mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and anxiety. Meditation, guided imagery, and muscle relaxation techniques will be introduced and participants will be encouraged to explore their experiences with these techniques and to use the group to unwind deeper sources of stress.
The group is open to and welcomes all students!
