Professor Danette Ifert Johnson, Ph.D., Vice Provost for Academic Programs, Has Been Selected as the Keynote Speaker at the 18th Annual James J. Whalen Academic Symposium on April 9

Come and hear Dr. Johnson speak about research and the Ithaca experience with a presentation titled:  “Undergraduate Research as a Signature Experience for Students” on Thursday, April 9 at 8:45 am in Emerson A, Campus Center.

Show your support for your classmates, fellow students, and colleagues who represent the Martin Luther King and Park Scholars programs, as well as over 280+ sessions of presentations, including 7 musical and theatre performances, and over 50+ student poster presentations by attending from 9:25 AM – 3:50 PM in the Campus Center.  The noon-hour session will feature finalist presentations for the Whalen Symposium Awards.  There will also be a closing session, featuring the awards ceremony which will begin at 3:50 pm.
