As part of the Work/Life Summer Wellness Series, Dr. Mike Massari will be presenting a workshop on “How to Lose 20 Pounds in 30 Days”.  The purpose of this Summer Wellness Series is to help you become a healthier and happier YOU!

On Tuesday, May 26th, from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm in the HR Conference Room (GL52) in the Peggy Ryan Williams Center, Ithaca Chiropractor Mike Massari will base his workshop on the four main points for how to lose 20 pounds in just 30 days! Being at your ideal weight can bring extreme benefits like improved heart health, more motivation to exercise, increased fertility, better sleep, decreased risk of diabetes, and more birthday candles!
