ITS Governance, Projects, and Strategic Plans - Open Sessions May 5th

On Tuesday, May 5th, Information Technology Services will hold open sessions to present drafts of our:

Governance plan - A process to guide IT decision making for the college
Projects plan - A process to guide project prioritization and resource allocation
Strategic plan - A formal plan to best align ourselves with the goals and objectives of the college

Each topic will be presented twice. Feel free to attend the session(s) which fits your schedule.

Taughannock Falls Room
10-11AM: Governance & Projects
11AM-Noon: Strategy

Hill Center Room 107
2-3PM: Governance & Projects
3-4PM: Strategy

All faculty, staff and students are welcome to attend and provide feedback.
