If this sounds like you, than you may be the perfect candidate for SGA’s Senate Chair. SGA will be holding elections for Senate Chair, which acts as the liaison between the Senate and the Executive Board and runs SGA’s meetings, this Monday, May 4th at 7 p.m. in the Taughannock Falls Room on the third floor of campus center.
Students will give a platform presentation in front of the newly elected SGA E-Board and Senate and elections will take place immediately afterwards.
ANY IC STUDENT that will be on campus next year is eligible to apply.
If you intend to run, please email Kyle James at sgacommunications@ithaca.edu to declare your candidacy. Candidacy needs to be declared by this Sunday, May 3rd at 12 p.m.
Students will also need to have a platform of why they should be elected (around 1 paragraph) and a professional photo of themselves to Kyle by Sunday, May 3rd at 5 p.m. Please direct any questions about the position or the election to Kyle as well.
