Managers cite performance appraisals or annual reviews as one of their most disliked tasks. Employees often dread them as well. There is an alternative; you can turn this performance evaluation into a meaningful and impactful dialogue. The best performance reviews let managers and employees communicate -- share ideas, opinions, and information – with no surprises or anxiety. This workshop can help!
This highly engaged and interactive skill building workshop will present strategies and skills for the performance review process. Participants will be exploring the nature of conflict at work in most evaluation processes and how that negative dynamic can be transformed by skills and strategies that create and hold space for the conversation.
