This week’s Wellness Intercom focus is on sleep!

Getting the recommended amount of sleep (7-8 hours) is often hard to do, but is very important. A good night’s sleep can better your health, lessen your pain, lower your risk of injury, improve your mood, help to manage your weight, better you memory, and create stronger immunity!
