The Performance Evaluation: Creating Space for the Conversation Workshop For Supervisors

The performance evaluation is an tool to create meaningful and impactful dialogue that can help build a strong foundation for any productive team. The best performance reviews let supervisors and employees communicate -- share ideas, opinions, and information – with no surprises or anxiety. This workshop can provide you with strategies for giving constructive feedback to employees, both positive and negative feedback for improved working relationships.

This highly engaged and interactive skill building workshop will present strategies and skills for the performance review process. Participants will be exploring the nature of conflict at work in most evaluation processes and how that negative dynamic can be transformed by skills and strategies that create and hold space for the conversation.
