Packages received before summer ends

 Beginning Monday, August 3, all incoming student packages will be held in anticipation of students moving to campus. 

 Mail Services will not have the Fall housing list until mid-August, so all student packages received will be assumed to be for Fall on-campus residents.

• If you are a summer student employee, summer Circles resident, or participating in a summer program, nothing will change for you and your packages will be available as normal.

• If you are an incoming student and have packages shipped ahead of your arrival, we will hold those packages at the Mail Center. Package notification emails will not be generated until housing information is completed and we can link packages to the correct campus address.

• In the meantime, you can monitor delivery of your TRACKABLE package(s) online at the appropriate carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, USPS). If shown as delivered to Ithaca College, they will be in our tracking system by the end of the day. If you need to verify receipt of your package(s), please call Mail Services at 607-274-3371.
