Contributed by Erik Kibelsbeck

Did you play an instrument before coming to IC and now want to play in an orchestra?

The Ithaca College Sinfonietta is a symphony orchestra open to all students who play an orchestral instrument - strings, winds, and percussion. No audition is necessary!

Sinfonietta performs great music and gives a public concert each semester. This fall we’ll experience and perform music of Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Whitacre, and Wagner. Sinfonietta rehearses on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:50pm and can be taken for 0, .5, or 1 credit.

If you would like more information about joining, please contact conductor Erik Kibelsbeck at ekibelsbeck@ithaca.edu or 274-3717

Registration Information:  Ithaca College Sinfonietta  MUNM 10304 (CRN23263) Wednesdays, 6-7:50pm, JJWCM 3102.  First rehearsal September 2.
