Mail Services is working to resolve an issue with package notification emails from noreply@sqbx.com.
We have seen a number of instances in the past few days where on-campus residents have not received automated notification emails for packages received. We have been in contact with the tech staff at SQBX (the vendor managing our system) to resolve this problem.
Furthermore, late this afternoon also saw a sudden appearance of blank emails being sent (no text in the message body). We do not yet know the nature of this development, but we suspect it may be related to the first issue. We have added this to the dialog with the SQBX tech staff. At this time, until we have more information, please disregard blank emails.
If you have been expecting a package with online tracking information showing it was delivered to IC on 8/21-8/27, please stop by any mail services location. We can quickly scan your ID and tell you right away if something is available for you to pick up.
We apologize for any confusion, delays, and inconvenience to you, and we appreciate your patience while we work to solve this.
Thank you, Mail Services.
