Our facilitator for this program is Deb Hover.
Deb has been designing and teaching staff communications workshops in Ithaca for over 20 years. She majored in business administration and has a master’s degree in adult education. Deb’s focus is to make workshops interesting and relevant so that attendees can actively participate and take tips back to use on the job. Before moving to Ithaca, Deb worked for ADP computing company in customer relations and training.
This workshop is intended to be a resource for those responsible for providing written communication as part of their day-to-day responsibilities.
