Students can earn credits in all four tracks: Leading Self, Leading Others, Leading in a Diverse World, and Leading at IC. After earning 6 credits in one of the tracks, students are eligible for a leadership certificate through the Student Leadership Institute. Workshops for block 2 will be announced soon!

The Manbox- Thursday, Oct. 1st, 2015 7-8pm Taughannock Falls Room - Deconstruction of male privilege, socialization of boys and men, and examination of how males contribute to a culture of violence against women in order to break out of the box and embrace the importance of gender equity.
Truth Trivia- Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2015- 4-5pm Taughannock Falls Room: Test your knowledge about diversity and social justice. Highlight structural inequalities in America that impact mobility of millions of people.
LGBT Film Series - Edie & Thea: A Very Long Engagement- Tuesday, Oct.6, 2015 7-8:15pm Textor 101: Film about the love story that ended up at the Supreme Court, culminating in the historic decision in June 2013 that struck down the federal Defense of Marriage Act as unconstitutional.
Microaggressions- Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2015 7-8pm Taughannock Falls Room - Exploration of the nature of microagressions and how the behavior affects its victims, especially at IC.
National Coming Out Day Speaker featuring Cornell Woodson, Class of 2009- Thursday, Oct 8, 2015, Campus Center Clark Lounge - We all start out with a dream of what we want to spend our life doing. However, sometimes life presents our true purpose---we can choose to deny it or accept it fully. This is IC alumnus Cornell Woodson's story toward embracing a career in social justice and practicing self-care.
Participants must sign up at least 48 hours in advance to earn SLI credit. Please only sign up for events that you can commit to.
