Where does our time go?
Somewhere in the middle of our overlapping project deadlines, meetings, and daily emails, we are all just trying to do good work, but it's hard to keep up. In his presentation, Dave Cameron ‘96 (Office of Strategic Marketing & Communications) will show how some simple changes in the structure of his days and a new approach to work has helped replace bad habits with good ones. And he’ll teach how to evaluate your own habits, make focused productivity part of every day, and become a healthier, happier, and way-less-stressed human at work.
