MakeMusic has introduced their Student & Teacher edition of Finale, the world's most popular music notation software at a reduced academic price.
Finale Student & Teacher Edition is a full working version of Finale 2014, not a "lite" version with limited capabilities. The S&T Edition is available only at college and university campus stores, and the Ithaca College Campus Store is pleased to announce that it has arrived here.
Unlike the academic version available at other retailers, like Amazon, which costs as much as $350, the S&T Edition available at the Campus Store is available for just $99.
MakeMusic hasn't indicated how long they'll offer this reduced price, although we certainly hope it's for a long time, so if you've been contemplating getting Finale, now is the perfect time to buy one for yourself or the music major in your life.
