Mindfulness Retreat Saturday!

 Faculty, staff and students are invited to a mindfulness retreat on Saturday 11/14 from 1-5 pm in Hill 107.

This will be an opportunity to learn and practice different mindfulness techniques.  No experience is necessary, just a willingness to experience silence for a few hours.  Participants should bring a yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing.  To register just email koru@ithaca.edu.
