Conflict is a universal and routine human experience. We more or less successfully engage it every day of our lives. Once in a while, however, it sticks and we get stuck! This highly engaging and interactive three hour workshop explores the experience of conflict and its effects on us as individuals and our interactions with others. We then explore and experiment with some key skills and inclusive strategies we can all use to shift negative conflict interaction both for ourselves and for others.
