Mail and Packages during Thanksgiving Break

All mailrooms will be closed. Therefore, all services for incoming student mail and packages will be modified as follows.

All letter mail will be held at the Mail Center. If you are on campus during break and wish to check for mail, please call 274-3371 or stop by the mail center (open 8am-5pm, M-W 11/23-25). On Mon 11/30 all mail will be sorted to mailboxes as normal.

All packages received for Circles residents will be held at the Mail Center. Email notifications will not be sent during the break. If you are expecting a package during break and would like to pick it up, please call 274-3371 or stop by the Mail Center (open 8am-5pm, M-W 11/23-25). Please have your package tracking number available if needed. On Mon 11/30 these packages will be taken to the Circles Mailroom and notification emails will be sent to resume scheduled package pickup.

All other packages which normally go to Phillips Hall Post Office will continue. Email notifications will be sent as usual, along with reminders. Mail Services will not be monitoring or returning unclaimed packages during this time.
