Mail Services, temporary adjusted schedule

On Thursday Dec 3, all Mail Services staff will be attending a Division of Finance and Administration meeting from 10am-12pm.
This will affect our morning services the following ways:
- DEPARTMENTAL mail delivery/pickup will be compressed between 8:45am - 10:00am. All departments with outgoing mail should have it ready by 8:45am in order for it to be picked up in the morning. If you miss the pickup, you may drop off at the Mail Center or Phillips Hall Post Office.
- Customers wishing to purchase outgoing UPS or FedEx shipping at the Mail Center will not be able to do so until the afternoon. Outgoing prepaid UPS, FedEx, and US Mail packages may be dropped off at the Mail Center or Phillips Hall Post Office as normal.
- STUDENT packages may be delayed for pickup. A driver will not be available until shortly past 12:00pm to transport packages to Phillips Hall Post Office and Circles Mailroom.
