The Office of Digital Instruction and Information Services (DIIS) is excited to invite current Ithaca College employees who meet the required qualifications to apply for the position of Business Process Improvement Coordinator

The Business Process Improvement Coordinator will coordinate, implement and perform business process analysis, improvement and reengineering services for the campus to help simplify business functions, increase efficiency and effectiveness, and service; recommend, utilize and oversee the implementation of tools to automate business processes and college services; develop and utilize appropriate methodologies and toolsets; and conduct workflow studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification studies, and assist units to operate more efficiently and effectively.  A full description including qualifications and application instructions can be found here.
