Presented by IC alumna Patricia Keener '88, this hour-long interactive webinar will help you understand what culture is and how your cultural assumptions can influence your experience overseas. Patricia will break down the adaptation journey so you'll know what to expect, and she'll share practical strategies for moving through it. You'll be less stressed, more productive, and better able to live and work in a new country.

• Strategies for moving through culture shock and managing change

About the Presenter
Patricia Keener '88 is a professional development consultant and career coach who helps expatriates — from senior executives to graduate students — adapt to and reinvent their careers in the United Kingdom. Her interest in this area began 20 years ago when she moved to London from the United States and experienced the challenge of adjusting to a new culture and trying to continue her career in another country.
