Free Mindfulness Class

 Need to manage stress?  Come join our 4-session class to learn and practice mindfulness techniques in a supportive environment.

 We are offering two separate classes: Mondays 7-8:15 pm starting Feb. 15 or Wednesdays 4-5:15 pm starting Feb. 17.  It's free but we ask you to register by emailing koru@ithaca.edu.
