The Office of Digital Instruction and Information Services (DIIS) is excited to invite current Ithaca College employees who meet the required qualifications to apply for the position of Quality Assurance/Testing Coordinator.
The Quality Assurance/Testing Coordinator will coordinate, implement and perform quality assurance and testing services in support of solution development, Software as a Service implementations, application integrations, and related deployments; participate in the design, implement and use of automated and manual testing processes to ensure the performance and readiness of applications and other services developed or implemented by the implementation team; develop, implement, and administer testing and quality assurance processes, procedures, and tools, following industry best practices; and coordinate a continual-improvement program by conducting regular postmortems on deployments and recommending process and other improvements.
