Mind, Body, Me & Group Exercise Class

  The Ithaca College Mind, Body, Me (MBM) wellness program focuses on you: the employee! It works to help you identify and move toward your personal health and wellness goals while celebrating your successes. The MBM program promotes a culture of holistic health and wellness at IC, and in doing so, supports a happier, healthier you!

Exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping your body and your mind healthy. Sometimes it can be tough to get yourself motivated to go to the gym, but group exercise classes can make working out fun!

The Fitness Center offers a variety of classes at no cost, such as Zumba, TRX, Water Aerobics, Yoga, and Cycling! Additionally, the Fitness Center offers Tai Chi and Iyengar Yoga, which are available only to faculty and staff. To learn more about group exercise at the fitness center click here

At the Wellness Clinic, the only students in the group exercise classes are your instructors. Group exercise classes include boxing, yoga, spinning, body pump and more! To learn more about group exercise classes at the Wellness Clinic click here.
