Donathan Brown, from the Department of Communication Studies, will appear on Fresh Outlook tomorrow, February 20, at 2 p.m.

discuss the rise in hate groups.
Fresh Look, hosted on EBRU TV, is a public affairs show that features discussion and debate among recognized experts on a particular event or political topic. The program won a 2014 Emmy for interview/discussion series. Dr. Brown will discuss the significance of a replacement nominee for Justice Antonin Scalia in the first segment, then respond to a new report from the Southern Poverty Center announcing a rise in hate groups in America. The program reruns at 8 p.m. tomorrow.
