Diversity and Inclusion Webinar Series “GROWing Diversity Dialogue in Your Organization” on February 25th

Initiating and maintaining the diversity and inclusion dialogue can be challenging. As practitioners, we often ask ourselves, how do we continue the D&I conversation in between formal initiatives? In this webinar, participants will use the GROW coaching model as a tool to initiate and advance the diversity and inclusion dialogue. Participants will generate a list of powerful questions that stimulate conversation and participants will prepare for a coaching conversation they can have in their organization in the upcoming weeks.

Learning Outcomes

• Apply the GROW coaching model to advance the conversation about D&I and increase behavior change in their organizations
• Create a plan to using coaching principles in a real informal or formal conversation the will have in their organization
• Identify & apply powerful questions that stimulate reflection, problem solving & development to grow the cultural competence, and diversity and inclusion in their organization

About the Presenter: Felicia Montgomery, M.A. As a seasoned talent development professional & inclusion advocate, Montgomery’s passion is developing learning experiences that support professional and personal development. She have designed several learning experiences to support cultural competence and inclusion in non-profit and for profit organizations. As a life-long learner, she enjoys collaborating and learning from other professionals dedicated to diversity and inclusion.

This is part of a webinar series sponsored by the Office of the Associate Provost Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement and the Office of Human Resources. This is an hour-long webinar followed by a 30 minute discussion.
