The Office of Human Resources invites you to participate in a 2-hour session designed to serve as a road map in navigating the hiring process from the perspective of the hiring manager.
Topics for this training session address important components of an inclusive search and selection process: beginning with building diverse pools, navigating the hiring system, assembling your search committee, inclusivity in the selection process, crafting interview questions, the on-campus visit through onboarding for success.
We will review policies and procedures that exist to ensure legal compliance and consistency. You will learn about available resources, strategies and best practices in to execute a successful and inclusive search.
