Give Employees Feedback, Get Cooperation, Improve Performance

Not a PowerPoint presentation, this is a highly interactive seminar that delivers 3 skills to help supervisors and managers improve employee performance.

Skill #1: Give employees job feedback the way they want to be given it so they’re much more likely to cooperate. Skill #2: Defuse defensiveness and resolve the issues that are often behind it. Skill #3: How to give positive feedback that’s effective and believable.

The seminar will use participant workplace situations, not generic ones. Learning materials include skill reinforcement cards; participants may contact the instructor for additional help.

Light refreshments will be available.  To register for this workshop go to http://ithacaits.gosignmeup.com

The workshop will be facilitated by Ross Blake.  Ross Blake is a senior level trainer with 25 years of expertise in conducting performance feedback, conflict resolution, leadership, and meeting skills training.

His clients have included Bristol-Myers Squibb; Corning Incorporated; Northwest Savings Bank, the US Social Security Administration, and others.

It’s important to Ross that participants learn skills, not theories, through demonstrations, discovery, and skill practices. He is a graduate of Ohio University.

He is also a consultant and the author of How to Give Employees Performance Feedback & Resolve Resistance. The book was endorsed by Daniel H. Pink, the NYT and WSJ best-selling author, and other experts.
