Everyone has a role in making Ithaca College successful, and your feedback is important!
This years process will include an opportunity for staff employees to provide feedback regarding supervisor performance as it relates to the core competencies Ithaca College expects of supervisors in their leadership roles. This feedback is meant to provide a mechanism for supervisors to receive constructive feedback from their employees to assist in identifying areas for growth and development as well as identifying and acknowledging exceptional supervisors.
The supervisor feedback form will be delivered to staff employees via email in the form of a survey link on Friday, April 1st. Paper surveys will also be made available in the Office of Human Resources after that date. Surveys will need to be responded to online or turned in to Human Resources no later than 12 noon on Friday, April 15th. Feedback is intended to be anonymous and will be collected and provided to the individual your supervisor directly reports to in aggregate form for use on your supervisor’s performance review.
The aggregate data will be delivered by the time the performance review process opens in Parnassus on Monday, April 18th. At that time, staff employees may log into Parnassus and begin their self-assessments and supervisors may initiate performance reviews. The performance review process will remain open through Thursday, June 30th.

For Non-Supervisory Employees

June 7: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Also, on April 20th from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. in the Clark Lounge of the Campus Center, local facilitator Jeff Shepardson will be presenting a workshop titled “The Performance Conversation” open to all employees.
