The Office of Human Resources invites you to attend the IC My Future Retirement Planning Program on April 26. The event will be held 10am to 2pm in the Emerson Suites. There will be 3 sets of concurrent education seminars available for you to choose from depending on what interests you and where you are at in the retirement planning process. Please feel free to attend just 1 of the seminars, or 3!
The Starting Line: Why and How Retirement Saving Should Begin Now
This workshop will explain the importance of planning early, maximizing retirement plan contributions, and how a sound understanding of asset allocation will affect the management of individual finance objectives. If you are just beginning to save for retirement, or want to get started this program is for you.
Tomorrow in Focus: Saving for Your Ideal Retirement
This saving and planning based workshop will highlight the benefits of time in regards to saving, and discuss the essential features of retirement investments. Whether you’re new to investing, or have been a skilled investor for years, this workshop will give you tips on making the most out of your investments.
Paying Yourself: Income Options for Retirement
This workshop will help simplify many question about retirement income, explain basic rules that govern retirement accounts and help you identify the right time to tap into different assets.
