Whether you are at the top of your game or find that your interests & motivations are changing, it is good to explore the thinking, myths, perceptions, and potential options for yourself as you enter a later stage in your career, work, and family life. This discussion will provide a forum to share with other educators/academics/researchers some of our perspectives on the variety of age and work transitions that may lie ahead.
