We are searching for rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors who would be interested in mentoring students for the incoming class of 2020.
What is a Peer Mentor?
A Peer Mentor helps guide new students in their transition to college and their major program of study. Peer Mentors create an ongoing relationship with their mentee that is based on dialogue, learning, and supportive challenge.

What kind of training is provided?
Training is mandatory - a portion of Peer Mentor training will take place on Tuesday, May 3rd and in August before classes start. There will also be some summer outreach required. Please note that you must be able to attend the training sessions above in order to apply.
Additional required training sessions will be scheduled to take place throughout the course of the academic year as well. The topics, dates, and times for these events will be communicated to you during the summer.
Who can apply?
Eligible mentors are full-time rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors with a minimum 3.0 GPA and a demonstrated capacity for leadership.
